Goat milk is a natural choice for individuals who are sensitive or intolerant to cow milk products, diary or soymilk. Goat milk has a unique fatty acid and protein structure, which makes it easier to digest than soy or cow milk. Cow milk contains both A1 beta-casein and A2 beta-casein. A1 beta-casein has been found to cause allergies in some cases. The upside of Goat Milk is that it only contains A2 beta-casein which makes it a true A2 Milk.
